間が空いてしまって申し訳ありません
再インストールを試みてみました
モジュールのUpLoadの際、毎回/templates/reports.htmlで送信エラーになるのは、私の環境の問題でしょうか？

それでも無事にインストールできて『アクセスカウンター』は問題なく作動してるのですが『ログカウンタ』はまだ下記のエラー画面が出てしまうのですが…
